About Me

Marketing consultant and recent MBA grad. I'm a marketer, theatre guy and Star Wars geek. Former marketing director of B Street Theatre.

Born in Vancouver, BC and raised in Kansas City, Brian Peebles Kameoka has been in the theatre business since he was young, appearing in the inaugural performance of A Christmas Carol at Kansas City Repertory Theatre and the first commercial for the McDonald's Happy Meal. After receiving a B.A. in Theatre from Grinnell College, he moved to the Pacific Northwest where he worked for the Northwest Asian American Theatre, theatrical lighting company Hollywood Lights, and world-renowned improv company Unexpected Productions.

Perhaps his proudest achievement to date is as co-founder of The Brody Theater in Portland, Oregon, an improvisation-based theatre and school which is now in its 13th year and hailed as a "Portland comedy institution" (Willamette Week)

Most recently, Brian was Marketing Director for the B Street Theatre. He lives in Sacramento's Oak Park neighborhood.
